Structural Steel

• All tubing triple coated for rust protection, using in-line zinc electroplating.
• Allied Flo-coat process. Tubing is initially coated with zinc and organic coatings to prevent corrosion.
• All shop and certified welders in accordance with the latest edition of the American Welding Society specifications execute field welding.
• Each steel frame canopy we make conforms to these specifications. 

Steel

• All reinforcement conforms to 60,000psi ASTM A-42 Grade 60 (excluding Super Spans and Tension Cable structures).

Thread High Strength

• Low Shrinkage.
• Guaranteed to meet or exceed the fabric lifetime.
• Unaffected by cleaning agents, acid rain, mildew, rot etc.
• Life time warranty.

Hardware

• First grade stainless steel with nylon washers for watertight seals at all joints.
• Wire rope is 1/4" nominal diameter with a minimum tensile strength of 9,000 lbs. (aircraft cable non-rust).

Design Loads

• Live loads - 10.00 psf
• Wind design speed - 90 mph
• Snow load - 10.00 psf

Foundations

• Designed using an allowable soil bearing value of 1,500 psf for spread footings.

Concrete

• Concrete work is executed in strict accordance with the latest American Concrete Institute Building Code (ACI 318-89)
